|The name "ARTVA" was made by combining the beginning of the word Artesian and water, what most accurately describes the business operations, which started in 1958, when the first first hydrogeological profile company in Lithuania was founded - Vilnius hydrogeological expedition. |
We are the oldest company in Lithuania – for over 50 years, conducting depth of the soil tests.
Lithuanian Geological Service has issued an unlimited permit for tests of the depth of soil, which granted a right to design and install multi-purpose wells.
The Ministry of Environment has issued us a certificate, which entitles us to design and build special buildings.
During the company activities promising areas for supply of drinking water to almost all towns and cities of Lithuania have been considered, over 15,000 of wells of different use have been set, over 25,000 deep-water pumps and water supply systems have been installed, a lot of valuable information about the country's aqueous layers, human needs and problems have been collected.
Over a long period of time we managed to grow, produce and maintain a team of specialists having great experience that is competent to give a solution on most issues related to groundwater extraction, improving, supply, wastewater disposal and geothermal energy-yielding.
Currently, the company carries out activities in Lithuania and Latvia; we plan expansion to neighboring countries.
No wonder that there is more than one state company related to the water among our clients, the biggest users of water.
The following companies such as UAB “Vilniaus vandenys”, UAB “Aukštaitijos vandenys”, UAB UAB “Dzūkijos vandenys”, UAB “Utenos vandenys”, AB “Lietuvos energija”, AB “Rokiškio sūris”, AB “Vernitas", State institution Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant, AB "Švyturys-Utenos alus”, AB “Kaišiadorių paukštynas”, AB “Dzūkijos statyba”, AB “VITI”, UAB “Skala”, UAB "NCC Fegda”, UAB “Veikmė”, Vilnius district Municipality utility company and a lot of individuals entrusted us to satisfy necessary water needs.
